Patrick Timlin

Mr. Timlin is a 22-year veteran of the NYPD.  He retired in 2002 as an Assistant Chief, and was the Commanding Officer of the Bronx Patrol Borough. After the September 11 World Trade Center attack, Mr. Timlin was responsible for perimeter security at the Ground Zero site, and designed the Counterterrorist and Evacuation Plans for Yankee Stadium.  He previously served as the Commanding Officer of Queens Detectives, where he successfully supervised many high-profile investigations and achieved the highest homicide clearance rate in New York City.  In addition to service in many patrol commands, he performed duty in the NYPD Emergency Service Unit.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Saint Francis College and a Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School.  He is a member of the New York State Bar, and prior to joining Michael Stapleton Associates he was an attorney for an SEC-registered investment company, where he headed the Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity programs.
