MSA Investigations (MSAI) is a subsidiary of MSA Security, a New York City based industry leader in worldwide corporate security since 1987. MSA Investigations is a full service investigative firm that provides professional executive protection and other personal protective services to individuals, corporations and businesses of all sizes. Headquartered in New York City, NY with offices in Boston MA, Washington DC, Eatontown NJ, Pittsburg PA, Chicago IL and Abu Dhabi (Middle East), we provide executive protection and investigative services in the New York City (NYC) metropolitan area and throughout the United States.
Personal Protection Services - Overview
MSA Investigations provides protective services (bodyguards) to anyone who may be exposed to an elevated security risks of harassment, violence, kidnapping and robbery due to their issues in their personal lives, employment, travel needs or high profile status. MSAI's Personal Protection program focuses on protection of the protectee, their family and associates, avoiding confrontations and maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times. Personal Protection Specialists - Our People
MSA Investigations hires only the best - veteran members of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) with specialized training and practical experience in protecting people, evacuation 
protocols, advance planning, combat driving, and using special weapons. Our Executive Protection Specialists have all been trained through the NYPD’s Intelligence Division’s Dignitary Protection Program and our own intensive Personal Protection training school and have collectively performed thousands of hours of personal protection duty, including protecting dignitaries and heads of state at the United Nations General Assembly, the Republican National Convention, as well as visits to New York City by the President of the United States.

Protecting People
MSAI will tailor a protection plan that is consistent with the threat against the individual(s) and the needs and expectations of the particular client and will:

Include armed or unarmed executive protection specialists, or a combination of both.

Provide one personal protection specialist to the individual(s) or assign a number of personal protection specialists in a team concept, to effectively mitigate the threat and protect the individual.

Determine if a more overt or obvious security detail is effective, or if it is best to utilize a more diverse group of personal protections specialists who can assimilate or blend into the environment.

Ultimately, MSA Investigations will work with you to understand the threat and devise the appropriate plan to maximize protection in a cost effective manner.
Special Event Protection
MSA Investigations specializes in special event protection and provides security to special events clients of all sizes from small parties to large weddings and other events. We have secured different types of events including black tie events, weddings, holiday parties, movie and TV productions and premiers. We can devise and staff the entire security plan or work with your existing security director and/or event planner to ensure a safe event.
Residential and Hotel Protection 
MSA Investigations can provide a full residential security package which can be tailored to suit each individual client. If it is your private residence in Long Island, a corporate apartment in Conneticut or a hotel in Manhatan (NYC), MSA Investigations will provide you with the peace of mind that we are there to protect you, your family and your staff, 24 hours a day. Our in-house team will go about their daily routines blending into the surroundings, ensuring as little disruption to you and your family as possible.
Secure Travel and Transportation
MSA Investigations provides professional secure travel coordination and safe transportation options for clients in the New York City metropolitan area as well as across the United States and abroad. Our Personal Protection Specialists are trained in evasive driving techniques and can plan safe travel routes, serve as drivers or provide protective support in escort vehicles as appropriate. MSA Investigations can provide armored vehicles and cars as needed.
Technology Solutions
When appropriate, MSA Investigations also uses technology to complement our Executive Protection programs. We offer a complete communications and tracking system that allows MSA to monitor and communicate with a person anywhere in the world. This system includes GPS technology and provides clients with the ability to directly communicate with MSA's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) locared at our headquarters in New York City, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, maintaining situational awareness of a client's safety at all times.
